Called to ask if I could get a haircut and would be there in about 15 min. Was told that I would have sign in online, l ask if I could just come in and wait, the lady said no, and I would have to sign in only. That’s a shame I’ve never had to do that before. Been going there ever since they opened and was a good tipper , WILL NOT BE BACK.

My first time in here today, 4/28/18. I come in and no one greats me or says anything. There are about 5 other people sitting in here. I take a seat and wait and wait and wait about then 5 other people come in and all of them go up to the computer and sign in. I asked the lady beside me, are we suppose to sign in or put something down on that computer she said yes. By then there are 10 people in front of me. It would be nice if we would get at least a greeting when walking thru the door and maybe for those of us that are our first time clients, let us know to please sign in on your computer!!! Instead of us just sitting there waiting and nothing said to us! I even had a coupon I was going to use but after this I gave it away to one of your other clients and I left NOT HAPPY.
