My son's (18 and 12) have been to the great clips in Winston many times. The one in Clemmons opened and is closer so they decided to try that location. The first experience was ok but both cuts were much shorter than requested. (Both boys said it was ok and they would like to go back). The last two times we have gone, something has happened to cause us to be unimpressed with the experience. The visit before this last one, I only took my 12 year old and the girl cut his ear but did not tell me when I paid her. My son told me in the car. This last time both boys asked for the same cut and their stylist cut both too short and both of their ears are noticeably uneven, (to the point that they were willing to let Mom straighten the ears out and I am never allowed to touch the hair). Based on the experiences we have received for the last 3 visits I may not go back. We have all been very disappointed after being so content with the services offered by Sports Clips.

When the stylist asked me how I wanted my haircut I told her that I like the length of my bangs to my eyebrows and wanted my regular 2 1/2 around the sides and back. Also told her I like my top to be cleaned up but still keep the length. She proceeds to cut my bangs almost to my hairline. She didnt listen to my request at all and she kept telling me what a great job she did. As soon as I looked in the mirror I was upset. The bangs are so short it’s all I see when in look at myself. I tipped the stylist as she did cut my hair but I am extremely disappointed in her work. I have had my haircut there many times and I am always satisfied but now I am hesitant to return.
